THE FORM OF FORMS (ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR DEADWOOD)– This document will have all the details and agendas for guests. There are many deadlines approaching, so please complete all forms in this document.
MAIN REGISTRATION FORM – Please complete this final registration form with your flights dietary restrictions, family registration and involvement.
GOLF SIGN-UP – This form is not a registration form. It is to gather the interest in the group and connect all members who plan on golfing on July 14th in the morning. This deadline is July 1st to sign-up.
30 MINUTE DEADWOOD DJ MIX – Please submit your Deadwood mix tape by June 18th. (Prize for best overall mix)

We will have two child care workers available for anyone bringing children from the age 3 and up. There will be plenty for the kids such as pool time, VR, board games, and other activities. If you plan on bringing any children please email jeremy@djjer.com
